diLA Tech Solution — Application License & Service Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our web showcase or downloading, installing, and using any mobile applications published by diLA Tech Solution via the Google Play Store or APK distribution channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our software.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, visual designs, graphic assets, animations, icons, branding, sound samples, and proprietary algorithms included within our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of diLA Tech Solution and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
3. License Grant & Permitted Usage
diLA Tech Solution grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run our mobile applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.
Strictly Prohibited Activities:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from any diLA Tech Solution APK or binary.
- Modifying, tampering with, or creating derivative works of our applications.
- Distributing modified, patched, or unauthorized APK clones on third-party websites or pirate repositories.
- Attempting to bypass in-app security, Google Play licensing checks, or ad delivery protocols.
4. Google Play Store Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and diLA Tech Solution, not with Google LLC. However, Google LLC and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and your use of our applications is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
Our applications and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute stability and sub-100ms detection performance in our scanning utilities, we do not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every legacy device hardware configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, diLA Tech Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, device malfunction, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use our applications.
7. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of our apps following posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to terminate access or discontinue maintenance of any application at any time.
